CATS Dick Whittington - Gallery 5:

The Cat

Photographs by Clive Rutland

Once again, the 14th century takes to the catwalk

Dick tries to leave, but is called back by the bells, and by the chorus....

of whom there are too many to name

I tell you straight, I could be great

but Dick assures everyone that he could be great.

Sarah is the one left standing at the end of the fight

Dylan is vain, in the main, but he'll deign to let you groom him...

A choice of pets ensues...

Fay, Shelly (as Dylan the cat), Sarah, Lisa and Robert

A cat takes to the catwalk - well, it would

by means of a dancing contest...

Lindsay and chorus

'Ere Lyn, you haven't half got hairy legs

and a winner is chosen.

Lindsay in Womble boots

I can't see where I'm going!

The Cat drives the rats out

Katrina, Sam (who got his tail trapped in the door on the way in), Caitlin, Amelia, Christy and Jessica

A swift rat-a-tat

Dick dispatches them with a stick of salami

Where's that stick of salami?

And the Cat drags them away, whilst Dick remonstrates with Lord Howard

Dan, Sarah and a tangle of semi-recumbent rodents
